The Impact of Contemporary HR Practices on Both Organizational and Employee Performance

What are Human Resources Best Practices?

Practices in human resource management (HRM) are now more widely acknowledged as a framework for attaining long-term competitive success, especially for businesses competing in difficult and quickly changing international markets (Cascio & Bailey, 1995; Florowski & Schuler, 1994; Pfeffer, 1994). Despite that the term "HR best practices" refers to a group of procedures and methods that have been demonstrated via research and practical application to improve corporate performance. These are internal rules that a corporation sets to standardize processes and achieve the best outcomes possible across all business domains (HR et al., 2022).

In this article we are going to look at what are most appropriate HR Best Practices will impact for employee and organizational performances in current 5th Industrial Revolution.
